Our Approach

The most effective method,
and the safest.

We combine our knowledge of pests and the environment they live in to find the most effective and safest way to manage your problem.

We offer a full range of services, each tailored to your needs and to the setting — a home, a business, a deck, a shed. And because our pest control customers kept asking who they could trust with their windows and gutters, we clean those too.

How We Operate

What sets iDeal apart

The specific things we hold ourselves to on every job.

We Keep You Informed

Plan customers are notified the day before every service by phone, text and email.

We Show You What We Did

After a plan service we email a report: the product used, the areas treated, a picture of your technician, and time in and out.

We Stand Behind Our Work

Every service comes with a minimum 6-month warranty. If pests return within the warranty period, we come back at no additional charge.

We Start With a Free Inspection

Every job begins with a 100% free consultation, so you know what we found and what we plan to do before we do it.

Licensed & Insured

Licensed, insured,
and guaranteed.

All of our technicians are licensed by the Ohio Department of Agriculture, and every service is backed by our warranty.

“Scott you did an amazing job!! My windows have never looked so clean. In addition, thank you for removing the screens and putting them in my garage for winter storage. Also, for removing some leaves from my gutters that were missed the last time. I could not be happier with your service, Scott, 5 stars!!”
